The company has engineered a bespoke system for applying primer on substrates prior to processing through a digital Indigo printing unit. The Omega system comprises an unwind unit, splicing table, a base capable of mounting a corona treater, static elimination units, a flexographic coating head and a rewind system. The system is capable of UV curing, and drying of water based and solvent based primers.
